Thailand hosts Mega Trade Meet in Shanghai

2026 Amazing Thailand Mega Trade Meet was held by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in Shanghai on March 10, bringing together over 120 Thai tourism businesses and Chinese travel partners. TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool said that Chinese arrivals to Thailand grew by about 6.6 percent year-on-year since the start of 2026. She added that Chinese travelers are expected to go beyond traditional hotspots and explore more emerging destinations across Thailand.
