The best way to understand a country is to “come and see for yourself”

In an exclusive interview with ZICC, Alfonso Silva, Chilean Ambassador to China highlighted the broad potential for China-Chile cooperation in cultural heritage preservation, technological innovation and trade. Emphasizing that the best way to understand a country is to “come and see for yourself”, he called for stronger youth and cultural exchanges to deepen bilateral ties.
