Chinese and international dancers came together in Xinshi Ancient town, Huzhou city, turning the centuries-old water town into an open-air stage and offering visitors a fresh way to experience the charm of Jiangnan.
Held from October 23 to 24, the Xinshi Dance Festival brought performances to stone bridges, riverbanks and traditional pavilions, where Chinese and international dance artists, together with young dancers from art academies, performed against the historic backdrop of the ancient town.
