From 'hehe' to a universal language

The 2025 Hehe Culture Forum was held in Taizhou, on November 1.
As a significant birthplace of Hehe culture, Taizhou is bringing this cultural spirit to life in more diverse and tangible ways reaching beyond Taizhou, beyond Zhejiang, and out into the wider world.

During the forum, we followed international student Hanna to explore how "Hehe", a concept rooted in Chinese philosophy, is gradually becoming a word the world can hear, understand, and resonate with.
