Intl cultural envoys explore Taizhou's landscapes and cultural heritage

The fourth Exchange Activity for Taizhou Overseas Communication Officers was held on May 29 in Linhai, a county-level city in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, bringing together participants from countries such as Germany, Serbia, and South Africa.

At the Donghu Lake scenic area, participants toured Rongxing Hall and the Poetry Road Cultural Exhibition Hall, following a route that included landmarks such as Jiuqu Bridge and Mid-Lake Pavilion, gaining an overview of the city's historical development.

The group later visited the Ancient City of Taizhou and several cultural venues, including a local intangible cultural heritage museum and the Meipu Kiln Song Porcelain Exhibition Hall, where they observed traditional crafts such as paper cutting and straw weaving and sampled local cuisine.

The visit combined cultural exploration and exchanges, enabling international participants to gain a deeper understanding of Taizhou's heritage and share their experiences with global audiences.
