Co-founder of the Boston Dragon Boat Festival Leslie Swartz: Boston Dragon Boat Festival builds cross-cultural bridge

The 7th China-U.S. Sister Cities Conference was held in Hangzhou, from Oct 25 to Oct 27. As a witness to the establishment of the sister-city relationship between Boston and Hangzhou in 1982, Leslie Swartz, former director of the Boston Children's Museum and co-founder of the Boston Dragon Boat Festival, said that the Boston Dragon Boat Festival has built a cross-cultural bridge between China and the United States.
