Jinhua enriches night tourism experience

The "Night Mooring Jinhua: Enjoy Wuju Opera and Taste Ham" event launched in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, on Aug 15, unveiling the "Night Mooring Jinhua" brand for the city's night tourism.

Jinhua offers a wealth of unique night travel experiences. Wuzhou Ancient City and Fotang Old Street come alive after dark with their timeless charm, while Hengdian World Studios and Dongyang Luzhai offer immersive film-themed night tours. Meanwhile, Youbu Ancient Town and other nearby spots buzz with lively street markets and local flavors.

The "Night Mooring Jinhua" brand highlights 12 core night tour spots, integrating night tourism resources and promoting diverse nighttime activities like dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The launch ceremony also featured Jinhua ham products and Wuju Opera performances. The portable ham series, crafted for night tourists, breaks traditional consumption patterns, and offers souvenir options. Wuju Opera acts, such as face-changing and water sleeves, showcased the unique charm of this national intangible cultural heritage.

Additionally, the "Wuju Opera Costume" AI app was launched, allowing visitors to upload photos and create personalized Wuju Opera character images and clips, experiencing role-playing with one-click costume change.

From Aug 15 to Oct 15, the 12 night tour spots will come alive with Wuju Opera performances and ham-tasting events. Visitors can enjoy open-air performances, interact with actors, and savor the rich flavors of Jinhua ham.
