Chair Emeritus of Sister Cities International Carol Lopez discusses the significance of sister city relationships

The 7th U.S.-China Sister Cities Conference was held in Hangzhou from Oct 25 to 27. At the closing ceremony, Carol Lopez, Chair Emeritus of Sister Cities International, discussed the significance of sister city relationships and expressed that such exchanges enhance the bilateral relations between the two countries.
