Chinese dough sculpting artist wins Sharjah International Award for Cultural Heritage

Zhu Wucheng, a representative inheritor of Tianmu dough sculpting, has received the sixth Sharjah International Award for Cultural Heritage. Using wheat and glutinous rice flour, Tianmu dough sculpting brings together sculpture, painting and costume design through intricate handwork, with each piece preserving vivid memories of local folk traditions.
