Production was in full swing at Sanmen Jianlong Sporting Goods in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on June 26, as workers raced to complete 2,000 basketballs for the 2026 Zhejiang City Basketball League, also known as ZheBA.

The company's Migeer brand has been selected as the league's official game ball, marking its third consecutive appearance at a major provincial sporting event, following last year's ZheBA and this year's Wuyue Cup, provincial soccer league.

Compared with last year's version, the new basketball features two key performance upgrades. The company has improved the inner bladder for a more consistent bounce, and a newly developed surface material provides better grip and reduces slipping. Combined with the company's patented anti-slip groove design, the ball delivers improved handling in high-intensity competition.

To meet the tournament schedule, the factory is running two production shifts, with every basketball undergoing strict quality inspections before being delivered to competition venues across Zhejiang.

Founded in 1994, Jianlong Sporting Goods has specialized in basketballs, soccer balls, and volleyballs for more than three decades. The company launched its Migeer brand in 2017 and supplies more than 2 million balls annually, with its products used in more than 2,000 schools and sports venues across Zhejiang. Around 500,000 balls are also exported each year.
