Jack Technology, a company based in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, resumed full operations on Feb 24 after the Spring Festival holiday. The next day, it launched a new production line for its high-end AI sewing machine, the Ai10.

The company invested over 1 million yuan ($145,308) in the new line, which has a daily production capacity of 100 units — or one AI sewing machine every 4 to 5 minutes.

Guo Feng, head of the production line at Jack Technology, said that demand for the AI sewing machine was high, and the company was meeting a daily production target of 100 units.

The Ai10 is crucial to Jack Technology's digital transformation efforts. Launched in September 2025, the AI sewing machine uses AI to create an intelligent cycle of perception, analysis, and decision-making. It can learn from the operator, reducing reliance on skilled workers and boosting production efficiency.

Thanks to its quality and performance, the Ai10 quickly gained popularity in the domestic and international markets. The company has already delivered over 4,000 units and expects another 4,000 to 5,000 units in the first quarter of this year, valued at nearly 40 million yuan. With the new production line now operational, Jack Technology can meet the growing demand, with a monthly output of over 2,000 units.
