Jiaxing launches YRD Token Operations Center to accelerate AI adoption

Jiaxing in East China's Zhejiang province has launched the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) Token Operations Center to promote AI adoption. The center seeks to facilitate the integration of computing power, AI models, and industrial applications via a unified token service platform.

The center provides a single gateway for businesses to access more than 100 mainstream large language models, including DeepSeek and Qwen, with unified API access, token metering, billing, policy support, and security auditing. The platform automatically matches tasks with the most cost-effective AI model, reducing deployment costs and improving efficiency.

Serving as a regional hub for the Yangtze River Delta region, the center will focus on industries such as advanced textiles, new materials, intelligent terminals, and high-end equipment manufacturing. It also plans to establish a green token traceability system to deliver verifiable and measurable AI services for companies expanding global footprints.

Jiaxing's AI ambitions are supported by a strong computing infrastructure. As a national computing hub, the city hosts four large-scale computing centers and more than 6,300 industrial enterprises above designated size — enterprises with annual revenue of at least 20 million yuan (about $3 million), providing both the computing capacity and application scenarios needed to support AI deployment.
