Wontons on the Winter Solstice, noodles for the New Year. It's the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279) tradition in Lin'an (ancient Hangzhou). On Winter Solstice, Chinese-style influencer Chen Xiyue makes wontons to represent the vibrance of daily life at that time.
