“浙江外宣好故事”英文宣讲交流会举行 “Fresh Sight国际传播好故事”传播行动启动

11月15日，由中共浙江省委党校（浙江行政学院）与浙江省国际传播中心共同主办的2025年全省党校系统“浙江外宣好故事”英文宣讲交流会在杭州举行，会上同时宣布“Fresh Sight国际传播好故事”传播行动启动。此次活动旨在以更国际化的话语方式，呈现新时代浙江在“八八战略”指引下的精彩蝶变，展示可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。

An English presentation event on international communication of Zhejiang stories was held on Nov 15 in Hangzhou, East China’s Zhejiang province, aiming to showcase the province’s remarkable changes since the implementation of the “Double-Eight Strategy” and to present a China that is credible, appealing, and respectable through more internationally accessible narratives.

The launch of the “Fresh Sight” Communication Campaign was also announced at the event.

本次活动共有来自全省党校系统的27名教师登台宣讲。他们以鲜活的个人观察、跨文化理解和国际叙事视角，讲述浙江不断涌现的现代化图景。中共浙江省委党校（浙江行政学院）副校长吕清民说，“浙江的国际传播故事素材非常丰富，要更多地借助案例和数据，用外国人可以接受的方式来讲述。”

A total of 27 teachers from Party schools across the province delivered a presentation to illustrate Zhejiang’s journey toward Chinese modernization with personal observations, cross-cultural perspectives, and international storytelling approaches.

Lyu Qingmin, vice-principal of the Party School of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (Zhejiang Institute of Administration) (ZPS/ZIA), noted that Zhejiang has a wealth of materials for international communication. “We need to use more data and cases and tell these stories in ways that international audiences can easily understand,” he said.

当天，“Fresh Sight国际传播好故事库”正式亮相。该故事库由中共浙江省委党校（浙江行政学院）与浙江省国际传播中心合作共建，本次活动的所有宣讲作品将作为首批优秀案例入库。未来，故事库将与省内高校、智库、科研机构等合作，系统性地收集、梳理并展示蕴含浙江特色、彰显中国精神的生动案例，挖掘中国式现代化故事富矿，打造可持续更新、可广泛应用的国际传播内容资源池。

All 27 presentations from this event will be included, as its first set of exemplary cases, in the “Fresh Sight International Communication Stories Library” which was officially unveiled the same day.

Co-developed by ZPS/ZIA and Zhejiang International Communication Center (ZICC), the library aims to tap into stories that take place in advancing Chinese modernization and build a sustainable and widely applicable content repository for international communication.

The library will collaborate with universities, think tanks, and research institutions across the province to collect and showcase compelling stories that embody Zhejiang’s characteristics and reflect the spirit of China.

“Fresh Sight”是浙江省国际传播中心打造的重点国际传播品牌栏目，持续推出包括《解码中国》（Decode China）在内的原创策划产品，通过网站、频道及海外社交媒体账号，以新视角、新表达、新思路解读习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的生动实践。Fresh Sight已在YouTube、Instagram等平台开设账号，并在In Zhejiang英文网、潮新闻英文频道设立专题，通过拆解宏大叙事、强化共情表达等方式，已刊发数百条聚焦浙江科技创新、对外开放、乡村振兴等的原创英文报道与帖文，受到海内外用户关注。

“Fresh Sight” is a flagship international communication brand created by ZICC. The column releases original feature products, including Decode China, to interpret the practices of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era through new perspectives, new expressions, and new analytical approaches. Fresh Sight opens accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and runs features on the In Zhejiang English website and the English channel of Tide News. By unpacking grand narratives and strengthening empathetic expression, ZICC has published hundreds of original English reporting and posts spotlighting Zhejiang’s technological innovation, opening-up and rural revitalization in Fresh Sight column, attracting attention from audiences at home and abroad.
