What made Principal Robert fall in love with this ever-changing city?

Robert Giles Mullins, the Executive Principal of Wahaha International School (WIS) , has just taken up his post last year. He is still a 'newcomer' to the city. He describes his first impressions of Hangzhou as "clean, orderly, green and beautiful".
