Belgian Governor of West Flanders makes fifth official visit to Zhejiang

比利时西弗兰德省省长卡尔·德卡卢维多次来访浙江，深化拓展了两省在教育、科技、文旅等领域的合作。3月25-27日，德卡卢维在任内最后一次访问浙江，他表示，“这是我最后一次以省长的身份来到浙江，但作为一个普通人，这一定不是最后一次。”

Carl Decaluwé, Governor of the Belgian province of West Flanders, has visited Zhejiang many times, deepening and expanding cooperation between the two provinces. During his final visit to Zhejiang as governor from March 25 to 27, he said, "This is the last time I am here as governor, but it is not the last time as a person."
