In the workshops of Huzhou Tianyuan Pet Products, located in Deqing county, Huzhou, Zhejiang province, stylish cat trees and pet sofas are rolling off the production line, ready to be shipped overseas.
This pet product company, deeply rooted in the industry for years, is expanding into international markets through continuous efforts in self-design and product innovation.
"Our core product, the cat tree, generated $37 million in sales from January to October this year, reflecting a growth of approximately 15 percent year-on-year," said Qian Yong, the company's production director.
This growth is attributed to a strategic shift in the company's business model — from original equipment manufacturing to independent design and development, gradually building its own brand system.

The company now launches around 60 new products annually. Its latest innovations, such as foldable cat trees and smart cat teasers, blend functionality with modern home aesthetics, quickly gaining market acceptance.
"Orders are now scheduled through March next year, with expected monthly exports valued at about $5 million," Qian said.
The company plans to continue investing in R&D and building its own brands, bringing more high-quality, innovative pet products to the global market.
