Colorful lanterns light up Zhoushan for Spring Festival

Zhoushan in East China's Zhejiang province is adorned with festive lights and decorations for the upcoming Spring Festival.

Parks, squares, and streets have been decked out with a variety of light installations, including lotus lights and horse-themed or flower-shaped lanterns.

At Dinghai Cultural Square, a 9-meter-high horse lantern symbolizes the theme of "taking the lead". Along Dinghai district's Xi Dajie and Zhong Dajie, over 280 flower-shaped lanterns, including lotuses and water lilies, are displayed alongside more than 200 geometric lanterns.
