A culture and tourism promotion conference featuring Ningbo, a city in Zhejiang province, was held in Budapest on Sept 22. More than 100 representatives from Hungary's tourism industry, cultural institutions, media, and Chinese enterprises attended.

The conference featured destination presentations, airline route promotions, cultural interactions, and the launch of the month-long exhibition about seals. The exhibition showcased the traditional art of Chinese seal engraving while also interpreting Hungarian landmarks such as the Fisherman’s Bastion, highlighting cultural dialogue between East and West.

Ningbo is a city with rich cultural heritage and modern vitality, known as a starting point of the China's ancient Silk Road on the sea. Now, the city is paying effort to improve inbound travel services, including simplified hotel check-in, one-stop visitor service stations at the airport, and immediate tax refund shopping options, making the city more convenient for international tourists.
