Quzhou firm expands beverage reach to global markets

In the bustling automated production facility of Zhejiang Yuzu Valley Holdings in Changshan county, Quzhou, Zhejiang province, bottles of Yuzu Juice are swiftly processed through intelligent pulping, filling, capping, and labeling, ready to be shipped worldwide.

The company blends the Yuzu citrus fruit with the Changshan Huyou tangelo, a local fruit, to create its Yuzu Juice. The product quickly gained popularity with its unique sweet and sour taste and refreshing flavor.

Yuzu Valley's output in Changshan exceeded 900 million yuan ($130.86 million) in 2025, marking a record high. The company also achieved a breakthrough in exports last year, with its first exports of Yuzu Juice shipped to countries such as Australia and Singapore, expanding its global market footprint.

In North America, Yuzu Juice is now available on the Yami online shopping platform for overseas Chinese and at 99 Ranch Market stores. The beverage's unique flavor and quality have won over many overseas consumers.

At the Asian Culture and Food Expo in Los Angeles last July, Yuzu Juice impressed visitors and buyers with its refreshing taste, enhancing its brand recognition and influence in the North American market.

To support its market expansion, Yuzu Valley's factory in Changshan added four digital high-speed production lines in 2024, increasing daily capacity to 290,000 boxes. The company has also established planting and processing bases nationwide, further boosting production.
